Eating clean options

Eating clean isnt easy but I realize that if I want to change my body its not only important its essential. Therefore, I been playing around in the kitchen trying to come up with quick healthy meals. Option one eggs and greens. Boiled eggs with light seasoning and green spinach. Option two. Veggies patty topped with onions, peppers and spinach ond fresh greek peppers on the side. This year im dedicating myself a hundred percent to my fitness, my health and my education.
That means no drinking.

Did you know  alcohol severely lowers the body’s fat oxidation rate.  So even if cocktails in question were only 90 calories each, they had a huge impact on the drinkers’ fat-burning power.
The consumption of alcohol can be healthy in moderation. But alcohol and may even cause a person to lose great amounts of hair. This is primarily due to the fact that alcohol can affect hair growth by increasing estrogen levels and decreasing levels of zinc in the body.

Cardiovascular workouts forces you to increase the amount of oxygen that enter your system. Blood contains oxygen and nutrients. As more oxygen circulates within your body, your hair follicles receive more oxygen and nutrients .So for ladies who dont want to excersise because your hair will get messed up. Fitness actually promotes  healthy hair.

The Burpee

My favorite new excersie. The burpee is a combination on a squat,push up and vertical jump. to do a burpee A. Sit into a  complete squat position B. Kick your feet out behind you so you’re in a push-up position. Then lower your chest to the ground. Remember to Press back up to complete the push up C. Next pull your feet back in so you’re in squat position D. Finally  Jump up in the air while clapping overhead.

Flax seed is great for  increasing muscle mass and weight loss. I use flax seed to provide an extra boost of protein into my diet. Adding  flax seed to your meals can complement your exercuse routines given its high protein content. I love flax seed because it is one of the richest plant source for amino acids such as tryptophan and isoleucine which effectively supports the gain of body muscle. I add flaxseed to my diet and it  supports my body’s need for energy-boosting nutrients. It  keeps my energy up and  intensify my workouts. Eating clean is making a habit of eating whole foods and foods that are natural. For example when eating clean its is important to incorporate foods like fruits, veggies, lean protien and complex carbohydrates.

Complex carbohydrates are the carbs that are good for you. Theses carbohydrates are  chain of three or more sugar molecules linked together. The body uses theses carbs as an energy source. Foods that have a large amount of complex  carbohydrates are beans,broccoli,spinach, corn, and other veggies, whole grains and fruits.

Setting your fitness goal

This is my one year goal. I think its extreemely important to set your standards high. Although you shouldnt want to be “exactly like anyone else” its important that you have a goal in mind. When setting your goal find a body type that is similar to your own body . Look for a person that takes your breathe away. Everytime I look at Followthelita pictures my heart stops. Im so impressed by her hard work that it pushes me to work hard as well. She not only in shape but her body shows her strenght.She motivates
me to be at my best. Its ok to admire someone but aim to be the best you possible. Stay toned for my progress.
